  4. If the fit seems right, we'll send you our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) so you can take a closer look.

  5. Franchise awarded! Once approved, execute and return our Franchise Agreement with all the documents necessary to get started.

  6. Schedule your training.

  7. Open your Peercovery® agency!

Initial Franchise Fee: $45,000 (we offer a $5,000 discount if an owner is a certified peer specialist)

Real Estate Rent: $500 - $2,800

Utility Deposits: $150 - $300

Leasehold Improvements: $0 - $2,000

 

Furniture, Fixtures & Improvements: $6,500 - $10,000

 

Insurance: $1,500 - $5,200 (plus workers’ comp $9,500)

 

Signage: $75 - $750

 

Office Equipment, Computers & Supplies: $2,500 - $5,000

 

Grand Opening Advertising (3 months): Minimum of $5,000 - $12,000

 

Software: $1,980 - $2,150

 

Peer Support Specialist Training (if staff not already certified):

$0 - $10,000

 

Licenses & Permits: $50 - $1,800

 

Legal & Accounting: $5,000-$10,000

 

Salaries: $0 - $15,000

 

Website Design & Hosting: $180

 

Telephone (landline) and Cell Phones: $300-$1200

 

Initial Training Expenses: Travel + Per Diem: $1,200-$1,700

**Royalty/Gross Service Fee (not due until beginning the fourth month after initial training: (i) 6% of gross sales per month up to $400,000 or 5% of gross sales per month in excess of $400,000 or (ii) the minimum monthly fee, whichever is greater. Minimum monthly Royalty/Gross Service Fee: $250 per month (beginning the fourth month after initial training); $595 per month beginning the 15th month after initial training; $995 per month beginning the 30th month after initial training. Consult our current Franchise Disclosure Document for additional information.
